FAQ'S

DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?

I am currently In Network with Regence BCBS, Pacific Source, Moda, and Providence. I am currently billing Out of Network with United, Aetna, Cigna, and all other insurances. If you work for Nike and have United, call and check you out of network benefits for chiropractic care, they are often comparable to IN network coverage with most I have seen being a 20$ co-pay. I also accept PIP coverage from motor vehicle accidents, HSA, and FSA.

My billing staff will handle billing both in and out of network for you, so that you don't have to deal with the insurance company yourself. Time of service cash rates are also available if the above options don't work for you.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE CHIROPRACTIC BENEFITS?

Insurance companies make it very easy to check your benefits by calling the number on the back of your card. Since I often include physical therapy and manual therapy in with my chiropractic appointments, be sure to ask if that is included in your chiropractic benefit or as a separate PT benefit. As long as you have booked your visit within 24 hours notice, I will verify your benefits for you as a courtesy!

WHAT IS PARKING LIKE FOR THE OFFICE?

Being located in busy NW Portland, planning time for parking can feel stress-full when trying to make it to an appointment on time. Fear not! We are lucky to have an on site parking lot that is completely free for patients and always has many open spots!
