About Sol

Intentional care for the whole body, the whole person.

We believe the body is more than a collection of parts. It’s a connected ecosystem, a story, a home shaped by your experiences, environment, and the way you move through the world. At Sol Chiropractic, we slow down so your body can catch up. Every adjustment, every soft tissue technique, and every movement plan is designed to honor your body’s wisdom and support you as a whole person.

“If you have a body, you’re an athlete.”

Meet your Doctor, Rachel Wysocki

Rachel discovered chiropractic care as a chronically injured collegiate runner. For the first time in her life, a practitioner looked at her movement and biomechanics as an interconnected system, rather than focusing solely on treating her injury, and guided her toward recovery. That experience sparked her passion for helping others move, heal, and feel empowered in their bodies.

She holds a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master’s in Sports Medicine, with certifications in techniques ranging from Active Release and Myofascial Cupping to movement-based rehab for athletes and everyday life. While she has a special interest in supporting runners and athletes, her work is grounded in helping all patients understand their bodies, regain function, and prevent injury.

Outside of the clinic, Rachel can be found running with her teammates at Rose City Track Club, exploring Portland with her dog, Poppy, or getting lost in a good sci-fi book.
