Where soul meets body

A Different Kind of Chiropractic Care

A Different Kind of Chiropractic Care •

Sol Chiropractic is a welcoming space for thoughtful, collaborative care, blending chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue work, movement, and supportive guidance for long-term health.

Located within Wildwood Wellness, a space Dr. Rachel Wysocki co-created and shares with acupuncturist Molly Erickson, Sol is part of a holistic environment designed to support intentional body work, healing, and overall well-being.

Your body is connected—your care should be too.

We approach the body as a balanced ecosystem, rather than a machine made of separate parts.

When soft tissue (muscles, ligaments, fascia) and joints hold tension, it can drive chronic movement changes, often resulting in pain, restricted mobility, and compensatory patterns throughout the body.

Stories from our people

  • Dr. Rachel is the best! She is skilled and knowledgeable and takes a holistic approach, combining adjustments and cupping with movements and advice about how to avoid future injury. She effectively treated my lower back injury that had been preventing me from doing a lot of physical activities. She's amazing!

  • Dr. Rachel is wonderful and the office is like a little sanctuary. After repeated injuries and many unsuccessful PT sessions at other well known clinics, I am finally running without pain thanks to Dr. Rachel. The initial intake session is extensive and she is a great listener. She was able to properly identify the root of my problem where others had failed. Her rehab program and treatments have enabled me to keep doing what I love.

  • Dr. Rachel is INCREDIBLE. I cannot say enough. She spends every minute of the appointment working on you and with you. Rachel stands out drastically with her bedside manor and presence, which is calm and confident. A true life saver. If you have ever been or are in a vulnerable place, you know what I mean. I was doubly concussed and in chronic pain. Dr. Rachel is engaged from start to finish. I highly recommend!

  • Dr. Rachel is a practitioner who really takes the time to listen to you and your concerns, and always ensures that treatment is working for me and meeting my needs. She incorporates cupping, scraping and dynamic movements in addition to chiropractic adjustments. As a long term patient, I have also observed that she is familiar with my body and keeps track of what it responds to best, and celebrates progress with me when there’s improvement with a long-term injury. Additional things I appreciate about her practice are the ease of scheduling and insurance claims, ample free parking at the building, and a warm, peaceful space with lots of natural light.

  • I’ve been seeing Dr. Rachel for a few months now, and since then she has greatly helped me improve my mobility and manage my chronic ankle and foot pain. As a dancer, her plethora of kinesthetic knowledge has helped me understand my body better from a mechanical perspective. Along with being a great chiropractor, she is a wonderful, kind person. I highly recommend that everyone see Rachel, you won’t regret it.

  • I highly recommend Dr. Rachel Wysocki! I’ve seen many chiropractors over the years for chronic pain due to an old injury and Rachel is by far the best. I’ve been seeing her for years now and have improved so much under her care. She takes plenty of time with her patients and you never feel rushed. Her adjustments are better than any I have received elsewhere and her additional treatments like cupping and graston make a huge difference for me. She always has great tips for continued at home care. The new space is great and I really appreciate the convenience of the online booking and the parking lot (especially in NW). I can’t recommend her enough!
